Health Ministry launches new anti TB drug Bedaquilin 

  • The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry has launched new anti-TB (Tuberculosis) drug Bedaquiline. It was launched by the Union Health Minister J P Nadda as part of the TB national programmer.

World Sparrow Day observed on 20th March

  • The world sparrow day is being observed every year on March 20 to raise awareness of the house sparrow and other common birds to urban environments and threats to their populations.
