Today I am going to share solution to one of the most common problem that IBPS Specialist Officer candidates are facing. Many candidates appeared for the exam although they were not eligible. Here is the solution to problem
Educational eligibility:-
Marketing officers (Also applicable to HR officers)
Many candidates holding dual specialization degrees need to prove at the time of interview that their major specialization was marketing.
Without any specialization
Many universities providing degrees and diplomas and don’t explicitly states any specialization, if you are going through such case then you should go to your head of department and request him to provide a letter signed by authorized signatory which states that your major specialization was marketing.
Work Experience
At the time of interview you need to prove relevant work experience. It's not mandatory that work experience should be from a PSU. Work experience certificate from a registered company would work. In case of Manager Credit - A person should be employed in any commercial bank and should be working in the area of credit appraisal.
