IBPS PO III result is in controversies again. IBPS PO II candidates who appeared for IBPS PO II but didn't get the job even after 3rd round of allotment are protesting in front of Rahul Gandhi's house in New Delhi. 48,000 candidates appeared for IBPS PO II interviews but only 21,000 got the job. As all of us know that congress is not leaving any room to claim a clean public image, Rahul Gandhi may intervene in the working of IBPS.
This protest is on front page of many local newspapers and features on "The Hindu", "Dainik Jagran" and P7. These candidates are claiming that they passed the exam and interviews yet IBPS is giving their jobs to PO III candidates. They are claiming that IBPS is misusing their authority. These candidates have made a Facebook page and group. As PO III final allotment have already been delayed by bunch of PILs, now PO III results may be delayed further because of this controversy.
In IBPS PO II about 7 lac candidates appeared and in PO III about 13 lac candidates appeared. Although the number of vacancies are same. Many of these candidates appeared in PO III exam and failed. As these candidates know that competition is going to be fierce in next exams, they are trying to take advantage election pressure on politicians.
Now career of thousands of candidates is in danger. I am closely looking at this protest, I will update all my readers if any there is any outcome.
