NICL AO 2013 result is out now. After worst administration in the exam (my experience) and NICL question paper leaked twice, it was expected that NICL will conduct this exam for third time. It was an shameful act from NICL. They declared result of an exam whose question papers were sold in book shops of Lucknow for Rs 1500.
