The so called PIL filed in Kerala High the year 2013 and the case no is 18099/2013 and now this case is forwarded on the basis of IA 1345/2014 and this PIL was filed by Dileep Bhat. When the notification for IBPS PO III was conducted, Mr. M.K.Damodhran who is a senior designated Lawyer in Kerala H.C who appears for almost all the LDF leaders in Kerala and his consultation fees is very high also and my advice to that Mr Dileep, the petitioner is that even if Mr. M.K.Damodhran Sir appears for you the High Court of Kerala is not going to grant a stay. Few days ago when the on-line test was to be conducted by IBPS for PO III candidates this so called PIL
was filed to get stay over the PO III exam and I would like to say that this case was not allowed by the Honorable High Court and this news was reported in Hindu and Kerala Kaumudi newspaper and after a few days in the same papers it was mentioned that the PIL was not entertained when it went to the merits of the case and this stupid fellow Mr.Dileep Bhatt is acting like a fool. I request the PO ii candidates that he is colluding with his present lawyer to make unlawful money at the hands of you people and I also advice to all that the court is not going to give a favorable judgement in favor of Mr Bhatt. The IA will be dismissed or will be withdrawn with the effect of dismissal since there is no locus standing for this IA and Dear IBPS PO III friends you can take my words.
