What after IBPS PO III and Clerk III

Published on Tuesday, April 01, 2014
First of all I want to congratulate all the readers who finally got the job. After few months you will get appointment letters from respective banks. All those who got the job won't visit my little blog ever again. I just want thanks all of you who shared my blog with your friends, commented regularly and tried to stay updated IBPStoday.com

It was a sweet journey. Everybody was equal. I tried to reply all of the queries. While I was working on this blog few readers recommended me to start a forum and an online test series. I promised to start both sites and did that within 2 months. Today TestPanda.com is providing high quality tests at very low price of just Rs300.
If you really want to do something for me, then share my blog on your Facebook profile. That's all what you can do for me.

What if you Failed

I got many comments, emails and phone calls asking repetitive questions. People can't believe that IBPS failed them. Yes, interviews are not standardized in all the regions and there were lot of variations in scores in candidates with similar capabilities. We can't do anything about this as this is an inherit feature of personal interviews.
  • In case you failed in interview then there is no hope.
  • In case you are in reserve list then you will be selected for sure.
  • n case you passed but not in reserve list then there are minor chances of selection but I recommend you to move on.

What after Failure

I know it's very difficult to digest a failure in IBPS interview.

I want to share my personal experience. After graduation I got rejected by 8 private banks and insurance companies. This was the sole reason that I appeared for CAT and then took admission in MBA. I don't want to share my success stories here but I left many PSU jobs after that.

What should you do now

  • IBPS is not end of life. There will be many other exams.
  • Follow a systematic study plan.
  • Take an online test series. I recommend you to opt for Testpanda.com (It's mine)
  • Don't lose hope as you need to understand Darwin's theory.
“The weak die out and the strong will survive, and will live on forever”
This clearly means that you were not fit enough to crack the selection process. That' not of end of life. You can train yourself. Explore Yourself ! You were too close to pass. That means you can easily crack any other exam with little efforts.

It's time to improve yourself. Start your preparations from scratch. Change your strategies, study plans and material. I am always here to help you.

If anyone wants to share his story with all then please mail me - monty.exe@gmail.com
