Hi readers,
From past few days I am getting many mails regarding reserve list update of IBPS PO III. Today I decided to analyse the situation. Read it and give your opinion in the comments section.
There is a trend that 20-25% of the candidates don't join the job. Reasons behind this :-
Further Bhartiya Mahila Bank is going to recruit 200 candidates from IBPS PO III reserved list candidates.
Jobs in second round = 5806
Jobs in third round =1026
Jobs in Fourth list = 816
So number of jobs in the subsequent allotments = 7648 which is 34.12% of 22415
That means the reserve list formula of IBPS is totally wrong. Last year there were hunger strikes and cases against IBPS and it was forced make four rounds of allotments. This year IBPS clearly stated in the notification that only 10% of the selected candidates are in reserve list and there will be no further allotments.
It seems funny. Can't they see the trend ?
