Former Cricket players Sachin Tendulkar of India and Steve Waugh of Australia selected for honour with Bradman Honouree. The Honour organised by the Bradman Foundation.

Swachh Bharat Mission approved by the Government of India. The mission will begin from 2nd October 2014 onwards and will be implemented for next 5 years. The basic aim of the mission is to strengthen the urban local bodies to design and operate systems to fulfill the objectives. The mission will cover about 4041 towns of all over the country.
Madhya Pradesh, the only Diamond producing State in India will host the Global Investors Summit 2014 which will be held during the period 08th October 2014 to 10th October 2014 under the theme ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh’.
