IBPS lost Patna High Court Case - PO III Reserve List

Published on Wednesday, December 17, 2014
IBPS has lost Patna High Court Case. In April 2014 IBPS PO III candidates filed a writ petition against IBPS, asking about the logic behind 10% reserve list. Candidates all over the India filled RTIs in all the PSU banks. A number of unfilled vacancies come out to be more than 15%.

Now Patna High Court has directed IBPS to consider all the points raised in writ petition within 2 months. This clearly means that 2nd list for IBPS PO III will be out within a month.

Further IBPS will have to consider Non-reserve list candidates as unfilled vacancies are more than 10% and banks want to fill all the unfilled vacancies. IBPS can't stop the banks.

I have been following this case from past many weeks. I congratulate each and every candidate for this success.

An exact number of vacancies are 3533 While I am still waiting for Canara Bank, Bank of Maharashtra and United Bank of India RTIs.
