Today I am going to share an interview of a close friend. I can't reveal her name here. She wrote many articles on +BankExamsToday . She appeared for CA Final in November 2014.
Bhopal.
So, how was it? The IBPS PO Interview – that got over in 15 mins – before 9:30 a.m.!
It was not good - because I couldn’t answer the questions! And maybe I appeared to be too eager to get out of the interview room…yes not one of my finest moments.
Yeah – but I was smiling while simultaneously shaking in my shoes! Sadly we don’t get marked for ‘smiling’!
The panel was actually very good. They were all very polite and were helping me get rid of my nervousness.
So – big question – did they grill?
Well depends on every individual candidate’s case. And really grilling is actually them wanting to know the depth of your banking knowledge – or any other knowledge which they want to check.
So if you are Commerce/CA/MBA – be prepared for some real technical questions.
Non-Commerce students – may or may not ask very tough questions – really that just depends on many factors like their mood, your confidence etc.!
They did not ask any personal question – and the questions asked were:
That is it I guess! Brush up on banking and commerce concepts and specially your own subjects too – rest is as ‘they’ say – rests upon your luck!
Hope this helps!
Good luck!
