- A ‘Law to Decriminalise Marijuana for Personal Use’ passed by the Parliament of Jamaica on 25th February 2015.
- Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina and US state Alaska have already decrimilised the possession of small quantities of Marijuana for personal use.
