  • Kailash Vajpeyi, the famous Hindi poet, died on 01st April 2015. He wrote most famous books like Sufinama, Sankrant, Dehant se Hatkar etc. 

Alibaba signed an agreement with BMG

  • Digital Distribution Deal signed by Alibaba with Germany’s music rights group BMG on 31st March 2015. BMG is 4th largest music publisher in the World. 

Garima Sanjay released her book "Aatank ke Saaye Mein"

  • The book namely ‘Aatank Ke Saaye Mein’ written by Garima Sanjay released on 31st March 2015 by the Vice-President Mohammad Hamid Ansari. 

Kyle David Mills retired from Cricket

  • Kyle David Mills, the Cricketer of New Zealand retired from all forms of International Cricket on 31st March 2015. He was remained ranked at No.1 position on the ICC ODI bowler’s rankings.

  • Draft cease fire agreement signed between Myanmar and 16 Ethnic Rebel Groups on 31st March 2015 to end more than 65 years of civil unrest and armed conflict in the country.

  • ‘Amaravathi’ became the Capital city of Andhra Pradesh as approved by the Cabinet of State on 01st April 2015. 

‘Aahar’ launched in Odisha

  • The scheme for providing subsidised food to urban poor namely ‘Aahar’ launched by the State Government of Odisha on 01st April 2015 by the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
