India signed an agreement with Nepal

• India signed an agreement with Nepal on 12^th August 2015 for the construction of petroleum pipeline between Raxaul and Amlekhgunj depot.

India signed an agreement with World Bank

• India signed an agreement with World Bank on 11^th August 2015 for 2^nd phase of National Cyclone Risk Mitigation Program for about $308.40 mn.

NTCA released the data stating that India lost 41 tigers in just 7 months

• According to the data released by National Tiger Conservation Authority and TRAFFIC-India, India lost 41 tigers in just 7 months as announced on 11^th August 2015.

Delhi formed the committee on CNG fitness scam

• To probe the multi Crore CNG fitness scam, Government of Delhi formed the Committee on 11^th August 2015 which will be headed by retd. High Court Judge, Justice S.N. Agarwal.
