RBI Grade B - New Selection Scheme

RBI introduced new selection scheme for the recruitment of RBI Grade B officers. Under the new scheme, there will be three phase selection process. Get details below :-

Selection process will be consist of three stages

1) Phase 1

2) Phase 2

3) Interview

Phase I and Phase II exams will be online MCQs.

Phase-I (200 marks)

Objective Type - 2 hours - 200 marks (200 questions)

Phase II(300 marks) 

There will be 3 papers in this phase

Paper-I - English -1½ hours - 100 marks
Paper-II – Economic and Social Issues - 1½ hours – 100 marks
Paper-III - Optional Paper (Finance & Management/ Economics/ Statistics) – 1½ hours - 100 marks

Phase III - Interview (50 marks)

Interview ill be conducted in existing format

Qualification

Education - Graduation with 605 marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD)

Age criteria - 21 to 30 years

Maximum number of attempts for General - 6
