Everybody needs a job in public sector banks but most of us are not ready to go out of our state. In 2013, I got selected for Dena Bank as a PO but the posting location was Mumbai and I didn't join. If I would have filled Punjab and Sindh bank ahead of Dena bank, I would have joined.
This time I decided to help all of you. You can use Google Maps to mark preferences.
For example search "Syndicate Bank branches" in Google Maps
Then I searched "Punjab and Sind branches"
You can use Google Maps to find which Bank have most branches in your home state and thus fill bank preferences in IBPS PO application according it.
Note - Female employees will get local posting.
