Manager Sales MMG/S-II

Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline 
Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Banking
Minimum -03- Years of experience in Sales in Banking and Financial institutions exclusively in liabilities products
Note:
  • The educational qualifications must be from the college/university recognized by the Government of India/AICTE

Probation Period, Service Bond 

  • The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank.
  • The candidates selected for the above positions will be required to mandatorily execute a Service Bond as under:
‘‘Serve for a minimum period of -3- years in the Bank after joining the services or in lieu thereof an amount of Rs. 5.00 (Five) Lakhs”

Credit History

Candidates must have a CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining, as per the Bank’s policy. Those with loan/credit card defaults or adverse reports from CIBIL/external agencies are ineligible. The Bank may disqualify candidates with an unsatisfactory credit profile.

Selection Procedure

  • Selection may include online test, psychometric test, GD, and/or interview.
  • Bank may change the process based on number of applications.
  • Eligibility alone doesn’t guarantee interview; shortlisting depends on qualification and experience.
  • Candidates may be considered for other suitable roles if eligible.
  • Bank may merge similar positions if required.

Notes:
  • The above Sections / Tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
  • Section/Test 1, 2 & 3 are qualifying in nature and marks secured in these sections will not be reckoned for final result. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the section would be 40% for General & EWS Category and 35% for Reserved Categories. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the minimum/ waive off qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
  • There will be no negative marking for any of the section of the Online Test for wrong answers. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test or any other test/assessment as part of selection process:

  • Bank may call candidates for GD/PI in a specific ratio, based on online test performance.
  • Candidates must score minimum marks in each section and overall to qualify for next stages.
  • Shortlisting depends on vacancies, cut-offs, and total marks; scores won’t be disclosed before interviews.
  • If multiple candidates score the same cut-off, older candidates will be ranked higher.
  • Psychometric Test/GD/PI assesses personality, communication, problem-solving, and job suitability.
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (General), 55% (Reserved); Bank may revise criteria.
  • Those failing GD/PI are not considered for final selection; scores won’t be disclosed.
  • Final merit is based on combined scores from all selection stages.
  • Only candidates who qualify all stages and rank high in merit will be shortlisted for allotment.
