SSC CGL 2013 Re-examination in Selective Centres

Published on Thursday, January 30, 2014
SSC CGL 2013 will be re-conducted in some centres where there were reports of usage of unfair means. SSC conducted Tier I and Tier II exams on 21 April and 19 May last year but there were reports of usage of unfair means by Delhi Police. Till now candidates were unsure about the final results and it was expected that exam will be cancelled as SSC CGL 2014 notification is out.

Ministry of Personnel released a PR as given below.
"Keeping in view the sanctity of the examination, interest of the candidates and the investigation report received from Delhi Police, it has been decided by the government to hold re-examination of Tier-I and II at identified centres from where reports of use of unfair means have been received," the Ministry of Personnel said in a release issued today.
List of centers whose previous exam is cancelled will be published soon on www.ssc.nic.in. In these centres re-exam will take place. For the rest of candidates, result will be delayed.

Candidates who had satisfied the age criteria at the time of previous exam will be allowed to appear for the exam.
