1st : what is slr and crr ?

1st : what is benicial for bank casa or fixed acount ?
: I was confused..i said fixed..i was wrong they explain me..casa

2nd : what is cbs ?
: only said full form but cant explain it..

then they said me ok ur interview is over...mam and one sir was just watching..they didnt ask me a single question..i gave max. answers.it was good..
