UIIC AO Success Story - VAIDYULA SAI KIRAN

Published on Sunday, March 15, 2015
Finally the day has came for me to write my own success story in order to help some ardent aspirants who are about to make their way in banking & insurance sectors. I would like to thank Bankexamstoday and Ramandeep Sir before almighty, my parents& well wishers because without Raman sir I may not be in a position to achieve this success.

I am a B.Tech graduate passed out in 2014 with ECE as my discipline & I started my journey with aiming for SBI PO 2014(My dream ) & started preparing on my own with the assistance of +Ramandeep Singh  but unfortunately I couldn’t clear Phase 1 of SBI PO & I was completely despair & was filled with sheer lack of disdain & I still remember the dates when SBI PO written result was out(AUG 29 2014) & on 30AUG2014 SBI ASSOS PO notification was released & after seeing the notification I came back with full energy in order to make my mark in SBI Family& prepared rigorously for around 14-15hrs daily for two months(sept-oct 2014).

Exams which I was disqualified in written were-

SBI PO 2014, SBI Clerk 2014, SIDBI Asst Manager, BOB manipal, IDBI manipal, AFCAT 2 2014.

Exams which I cleared after 2months of self practice were-

SBI Associate PO, IBPS PO, UIICL AO, IBPS RRB,BOB cards, Syndicate bank(PGDB&F),IBPS Clerk,UIICL assistants

My dream is to join SBI as PO because my father is an Ex-Serviceman who is working with SBI as a Clerk for 20yrs (1994-till now) & it’s a tribute that I want to give to my father after becoming PO which he wanted to become & take care of my parents after my dad’s retirement.

AS of now I attended 6 interviews-
  1. UIICL AO-Selected as generalist
  2. SBI ASSOSCIATE PO-Waiting for final result
  3. IBPS PO-Results are awaiting
  4. IBPS Clerk- Results are awaiting
  5. UIICL Assistants - Results are awaiting
  6. Syndicate bank (PGDB&F)-couldn’t make it in the final list

I would like to say something to all aspirants who are about to taste the success-

Life has two rules-

1) NEVER QUIT
2) ALWAYS REMEMBER RULE NO.1

DON’T BE AFRAID TO STAND FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN, EVEN IF THAT MEANS STANDING ALONE

As I have left my campus placements in Tech Mahindra & Infosys in order to achieve my dream as banker-

TAKE RISKS IN LIFE-To make the life interesting & to drive the life rather driven by it

Don’t just make plans in your life, try to make options, choose the best one that fits in your plan.

“BEHIND EVERY SUCCESS THERE MAY BE LOTS OF UNSUCCESSFUL DAYS, MONTHS OR YEARS.REMEMBER DEFEAT IS TEMPORARY BUT GIVING UP IS PERMANENT”-KEEP GOING

Thanks +BankExamsToday  for making myself productive to achieve my goal. I have always been a silent Observer & follower of RD.

Wishing everybody all the best for future endeavors.
