Central Government launched Sahaj Scheme

On Sunday, Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Dharmendra Pradhan launched SAHAJ scheme in Bhubaneswar. Lets know more about this scheme.

• SAHAJ is a online release of new LPG connection for the consumer.

• Under this scheme, people can apply online for new connection.

• People need not to visit to the LPG distributors for it. 

• It is a hassle free system for convenience of people.

• The scheme has also been launched in twelve other cities namely - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna and Pune.

• Consumers can log on to www.mylpg.in to registeration and booking for new LPG connections. People can make payments for the purchase online.

• Aadhar Card will not be mandatory for identity verification, it can be provided as documents but it is not compulsory.
