Eligibility Criteria

⇒Age: 21-30 years
Relaxation in age limit will be provided according to the government norms. 
⇒Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline with 60% minimum marks along with MBA/PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from the Institute of repute (two/three-year programme) / Post-graduation degree in Commerce or Science or Economics / Chartered Accountant / ICWA / Company Secretary Certificate.
Candidates appearing in the final year of examination of MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from
the Institute of repute (two/ three-year programme) / Post-graduation degree in Commerce/ Science / Economics are eligible to apply.
⇒Experience: No Experience is required for JMGS Scale I- Credit Officer profile.

Exam Pattern

Selection will be through an online test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates.
  • English Language: 50 Marks
  • General Awareness: 50 Marks
  • Financial Management:  50 Marks
➡️ The above tests will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. The test of English Language will be of qualifying nature i.e. Marks obtained in the English Language will not be added while preparing merit List.

➡️ Candidates belonging to the Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD), filling in vacancies reserved
for the relevant category, will be entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks in relation to that
stipulated for general category candidates. 

➡️ For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question

Interview

  • Merit list of the candidates based on the marks obtained by them in online examination will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/GEN. 
  • Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for Online Tests and ranking sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for Personal interview.
  • Mere passing in the Online Test shall not vest any right in a candidate for being called for Personal Interview. 
  • In case of equal marks by two or more candidates, the merit order of such group of candidates will be on the basis of Date of Birth i.e. Candidate senior in age will be placed higher in the Merit List. 
  • The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks for the general/unreserved category candidates will be 40% and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD is 35%.
