RCF Ltd Grade E1 Marketing Officer Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern and Syllabus

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) has released the 2023 notification for the recruitment of a Grade E1 Marketing Officer.

  • General, OBC, and EWS - Rs. 1000/-
  • SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category - No fees

Eligibility Criteria

Regular and full-time UGC/AICTE recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate of minimum 3 / 4 years duration and 2 years Regular and full-time UGC/AICTE recognized Post graduation degree in one of the following: - 
  • Qualification - MBA (Marketing as specialization or Major) /MMS (Marketing as specialization or Major)/ MBA (Agri. Business Management) - If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree certificate, the letter from the college/University specifying the specialization will be required. 
  • Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% in the Final year of the Postgraduation degree. (55% for SC/ST category candidates).
  • Upper Age Limit as on 01.04.2022- 34 years for Unreserved category/EWS, For SC / ST Category – 39 years, For OBC Category – 37 years, For PWBD Category (General) – 44 years, For PWBD Category (SC/ ST) – 49 years, For PWBD Category (OBC) – 47 years.
  • Additional Concession for Children/ family members of the victims of the 1984 riots – 5 Years.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience as on 01.04.2022 preferably in an agro-related industry after Post Graduation qualification. The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period. 
OR
  • Qualification: Regular and full-time UGC recognized Agriculture Graduate degree of minimum 4 years duration and Regular and full-time UGC recognized Post graduation degree M.Sc. Agri. of 2 years duration in Agriculture / Agronomy / Agriculture Chemistry & Soil Science only will be considered. No other discipline will be considered. 
  • Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% in the Final year of the Postgraduation degree. (55% for SC/ST category candidates) 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales and Marketing experience as on 01.04.2022 preferably in agro-related industry after Post Graduation qualification. The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period.

Selection Process

  • The selection process for the position of Officer (Marketing) comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.
  • Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a computer-based online objective-type test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card. 
  • The online test will have two parts, Discipline related and Aptitude related. The duration of the test will be ninety (90) minutes. The total number of questions will be 100, each, out of which 50 questions would be from a mix of course curriculum of qualifying degree /relevant qualification of the relevant discipline of two marks each and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness of one mark each. There will be negative markings for the wrong answers. The level of the domain subject will be as applicable to the above post.
