- Educational qualifications should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01.08.2025.
- Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 01.08.2025 has to be submitted at the time of interview.
- The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate of the necessary qualification as on 01.08.2025. Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 01.08.2025.
Service Conditions
- Service conditions will follow the Company's prevailing rules.
- Candidates may be posted or transferred anywhere in India based on the Company's needs. The minimum stay at the initial posting is 5 years.
- Candidates selected under specialist streams may be required to continue in the same specialization for a minimum period of 10 years as per the discretion of the Company. They will, however, continue to be eligible for promotions as per Company rules.
Probation
- An officer will be on a one-year probation, extendable twice by six months each (up to one extra year).
- During probation, they must pass the non-life Licentiate Exam by the Insurance Institute of India to be confirmed.
- Failure to pass within the extended period can lead to termination. The company can also terminate services anytime during probation or its extension without notice or reason.
Guarantee Bond
- Before joining, candidates must agree to serve at least four years (including probation) or pay liquidated damages equal to one year’s gross probation salary, proportionately reduced for service rendered, backed by an indemnity bond with two non-relative sureties of sound financial standing.
- Resigning or being terminated during probation requires repayment of total gross salary received plus ₹25,000 toward training costs. No lien or bond with a previous employer will be recognized, and no leave salary or pension contribution will be made.

- Candidates have to qualify in each test/section by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company.
- Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Company (approximately 15 times the numbers of vacancies subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
Phase-II: Main Examination
- Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks.
- Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.

- Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section of the objective test to be considered for descriptive test evaluation.
- Descriptive scripts will be evaluated only for those who qualify the objective test, with cut-offs decided based on vacancies.
- Candidates must also secure the minimum total score in the objective test and qualify the descriptive test to be shortlisted for the interview. Descriptive Test Qualifying Marks – 15/30 (13.5/30 for SC, ST, PwBD).
- But the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interview or final selection.
- There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. Each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
Phase III: Interview
- Shortlisted candidates after Phase-II will be called for an interview at selected centers.
- Weightage – Online examination: 75%, Interview: 25%.Interview details (venue, date, time) will be provided in the call letter, downloadable from the company website.
- No requests for change in interview date, center, etc., will be entertained. Company may change interview schedule, venue, or hold supplementary processes if required under unforeseen circumstances.
FINAL SELECTION:
- Final selection will be based on the combined marks of the main exam (objective test) and interview. Merit will be in descending order, and candidates within the vacancy count will be appointed. A waiting list of up to 50% of vacancies may be used if selected candidates decline the offer.
- In case of a tie, merit is decided by higher interview marks, then by older age.
- Selection is subject to medical fitness, company service rules, and meeting age and qualification criteria on the specified dates. Candidature can be cancelled at any stage if found ineligible, and appearing in the exam or interview does not guarantee selection.
