 PM Modi Launches Bihar Jeevika Cooperative Credit Union

• He transferred ₹105 crore in seed funding to support 290 lakh Jeevika Didis with low-interest loans under Bihar’s SHG network.
• The cooperative aims to reduce dependence on MFIs charging 18–24% interest, promoting financial self-reliance.
• It operates on a fully digital platform, ensuring direct benefit transfers and transparency.
• Over 12,000 trained cadres equipped with tablets will assist SHGs in loan access and enterprise development.

MoE, MoWCD Launches Guidelines to Co-Locate Anganwadi Centres with Schools

SEBI Revised Rules For Intraday Index Options Effective From October 01, 2025

• Entities will face a ₹5,000 crore cap on net intraday positions and a ₹10,000 crore cap on gross positions per side, calculated on a futures-equivalent basis.
• Exchanges must conduct at least four random checks daily, including one between 2:45–3:30 PM, to monitor compliance.
• Breaches on expiry days will attract penalties or surveillance deposits starting December 06, 2025.
• The move balances flexibility for traders with stricter oversight, preserving liquidity while preventing volatility.
