Note
- Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines.
- 10% EWS reservation applies to eligible candidates with valid Income & Asset Certificate.
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. Ex-servicemen get 5 years relaxation.
- OBC certificate must clearly mention Non-Creamy Layer status and be valid as per Central List.
- Creamy Layer OBCs or castes not in Central List must apply as General category.

Additional Notes
- Final-year candidates may apply but must submit proof by June 1, 2026 or joining date.
- Good communication and computer/IT skills are required.
- Grade-to-percentage conversion certificate is mandatory if marks are shown as CGPA.
- Only full-time degrees from approved institutions are accepted.
Bond
Selected Management Trainees must execute a personal bond of ₹3 lakh at the time of joining. The bond requires one year of service as Management Trainee and a minimum of five years of service after absorption into the Bank.
During training, Management Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000. After successful completion, candidates will be absorbed as Deputy Managers (JM-I) with a pay scale of ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 under the IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement.
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview. Written test details will be communicated via the official website, email, or SMS. Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance will be called for interview.
