Selection Procedure
- Selection stages: Application scrutiny, online test, psychometric test/other tests, Group Discussion, and/or Interview.
- Psychometric Test/PI: Assess personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, adaptability, suitability.
- Bank’s discretion: May change/cancel/modify/add criteria, methods, or allotment.
- Interview call ratio: Decided solely by the Bank.
- Shortlisting basis: Qualifications, experience, domain expertise, skill set, suitability, and other internal criteria (confidential).
- Eligibility ≠ Guarantee: Meeting minimum norms does not ensure interview/selection.
- Final decision: Bank’s shortlisting/selection is binding; no correspondence entertained.
- Alternate positions: Bank may consider candidates for other posts if eligibility criteria are met.
