Mandatory:

Graduation in any discipline

Preferred:

Two Year Full Time MBA / PGDM in Finance / Marketing / Sales / Banking

Mandatory: Minimum -08- years of experience in Banking, out of which -04- years experience in Credit Processing / Sales of Loan Products with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India

Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing / Sales of MSME Loans

Senior Manager Credit Analyst Scale III

Mandatory:

Graduation in any discipline

Preferred :

CA/CFA/CMA or Two Year Full Time MBA / PGDM in Finance

Mandatory: Minimum -06- years of experience in Credit Processing with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India

OR

Minimum -06- years of experience as Analyst in RBI approved Rating Agencies  Candidate having CA/CMA as qualification, for them minimum 5 years experience is required

Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing

Manager-Credit Analyst Scale II

Mandatory:

Graduation in any discipline

Preferred :

CA/CFA/CMA or Two Year Full Time MBA / PGDM in Finance

Mandatory: Minimum -03- years of experience in Credit Processing with any Bank / NBFC / Financial Institutions in India

OR

Minimum -03- years of experience as Analyst in RBI approved Rating Agencies Candidate having CA/CMA as qualification, for them minimum 2 years experience is required

Preferred: Experience in MSME Credit Processing

Note: The educational qualifications must be from the college/university recognizeed by the Government of India/AICTE

Probation Period, Service Bond 

Probation Period:

The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank. 

Service Bond

Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond as per Bank policy. Currently, the bond requires a minimum 3-year service or payment of ₹5 lakhs in case of breach. Bond terms (duration/amount) may change and will be stated in the offer letter. Failure to honor the bond makes the candidate liable to compensate the Bank.

Credit History

Candidates must maintain a satisfactory credit history. A minimum CIBIL score of 680 is required at joining, subject to Bank policy. Those with loan/credit defaults or adverse reports from CIBIL or other agencies will be ineligible. The Bank may reject candidature at any stage, even after joining, if the credit profile is unsatisfactory. 

Selection Procedure

  • Selection stages: Application scrutiny, online test, psychometric test/other tests, Group Discussion, and/or Interview.
  • Psychometric Test/PI: Assess personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, adaptability, suitability.
  • Bank’s discretion: May change/cancel/modify/add criteria, methods, or allotment.
  • Interview call ratio: Decided solely by the Bank.
  • Shortlisting basis: Qualifications, experience, domain expertise, skill set, suitability, and other internal criteria (confidential).
  • Eligibility ≠ Guarantee: Meeting minimum norms does not ensure interview/selection.
  • Final decision: Bank’s shortlisting/selection is binding; no correspondence entertained.
  • Alternate positions: Bank may consider candidates for other posts if eligibility criteria are met.

  • Language: All sections/tests (except English) available in English & Hindi.
  • Qualifying nature: Sections 1, 2, 3 are qualifying only; marks not counted in final result.
  • Cut-off:
    • General/EWS: 40%
    • Reserved: 35%Bank may revise/waive criteria.
  • No negative marking: Wrong answers = no penalty; blank answers = no penalty.
  • Flexibility: Bank may change exam structure (e.g., add descriptive test/case study) and will notify via website.
Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test or any other test/assessment as part of selection process:
  • PI Call: Bank decides ratio; based on online/written test performance.
  • Written Test: Must clear sectional + overall cut-off to qualify for Psychometric/PI.
  • Tie-breaker: If same cut-off score → older candidate ranked higher.
  • Psychometric/PI: Assess personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, adaptability, suitability.
  • PI Cut-off:
    • General: 60%
    • Reserved: 55%
  • Bank may revise criteria.
  • Final Selection: Based on combined scores of Online Test + PI (and/or other methods).
  • PI Scores: Not disclosed if candidate fails to qualify.
  • Eligibility: Must qualify in all stages and rank high in merit for allotment.
  • Vacancy-based: Only those clearing Online Test/PI considered for further selection.
