Post 1: Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I)

Mandatory Qualification

Graduation in any discipline, along with any one valid certification from the following:

  • IC 38 – Insurance Institute of India.
  • NISM Series V-A – Mutual Fund Distributors.
  • NISM Series XXI-A – PMS Distributors.
  • NISM Series V-D – MF Specialised Investment Fund Distributors.

Preferred Qualification

  • 2-year full-time postgraduate degree / diploma in Management.
  • MBA in Finance, Marketing or Banking.

Post-Qualification Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in sales of wealth products.
  • Eligible employers include Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking / Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies and Wealth Management Companies in India.

Key Conditions

  • Experience of less than 6 months in any organisation is not counted unless it forms part of current employment.
  • Clerical cadre experience is not counted.
  • Only one application per candidate is allowed.

Post 2: Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II)

Mandatory Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA).

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
  • Experience must be in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in Corporate Credit will be given preference.

Important: Educational qualifications must be from a university or institute recognised by the Government of India or approved by AICTE. CGPA must be converted to a percentage in the online application, and fractions are ignored. For example, 59.99% is treated as less than 60%.

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates receive allowances, perquisites and other facilities according to the Bank's policies and the industry-level bipartite settlement.

Selection Procedure

The recruitment follows a multi-stage selection process. The Bank may modify any stage at its discretion.

  1. Application Scrutiny: Eligibility and documents are verified from the online application.
  2. Online Test: 120 questions, 120 marks and 120 minutes, with 0.25 negative marking.
  3. Psychometric Test: Assesses personality, communication and problem-solving ability.
  4. Group Discussion / Personal Interview: Qualifying marks are 60% for General / EWS candidates and 55% for reserved categories.

Key Points

  • Merely meeting the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
  • Shortlisting criteria are internal and confidential.
  • If candidates tie at the cut-off, they are ranked by age in descending order.
  • Biometric / IRIS verification is conducted at every stage.

Negative Marking

0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. There is no penalty for unattempted questions.

Qualifying Sections

Sections 1, 2 and 3 are only qualifying. Their marks are not counted in the merit list.

Merit Basis

Only the Professional Knowledge score counts for the final merit list.

Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I)

  • Acquire and onboard New-to-Bank affluent, HNI and UHNI customers.
  • Increase Product Per Customer (PPC) and Total Relationship Value (TRV).
  • Enhance Assets Under Management and insurance penetration.
  • Mobilise mutual funds and SIPs, and generate life and health insurance business.
  • Promote digital wealth platforms and customer adoption.
  • Maintain KYC, AML and product suitability records.
  • Keep required certifications valid.

Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II)

  • Credit appraisal of existing and new corporate customers.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers on corporate relationships.
  • Support Relationship Managers in canvassing new corporate customers.
  • Support cross-selling of ancillary business.
  • Maintain corporate accounts and ensure compliance.
  • Handle audit, inspection and monitoring of accounts.
