NICL AO exam have been cancelled. As I have already mentioned in my NICL exam experience that few people already had question papers and they were also using mobile phones to find answers, NICL authorities have taken right decision. After 3 days of conducting exam, I sent an email to all NICL exam board members. They didn't reply because they did,'t have any answer.
NICL clearly mentioned in their notification that exam held on 08-09-2013 canceled for all candidates and fresh exam will be reconducted on 15-12-2013 and 22-12-2013.
NICL have admitted the disruption in the examination at Patna and nearby centres. In reality exam was conducted in a very informal and irregular way. Candidates were carrying their phones and many of them were using internet.
NICL made every effort to cut costs. I request NICL exam authorities to not to make profits out of recruitment examinations. In Ludhiana centre I didn't saw anybody from NICL. It was 300 square yard school with no facility of filtered drinking water. I am not hoping much from NICL even in December exam but I request NICL exam authorities to allocate atleast 2 officers at every centre for smooth conduct of examination.
