Quantitative aptitude by RS Aggarwal is the most popular and bestselling books used for every competitive examination such IBPS, CAT, LIC, Civil services and every exam that contains quantitative aptitude section.
I gave CAT exam twice and IBPS PO once. Read the MBA coaching institutes's study material and many other refernce books and some were really difficult for IBPS PO exam level such as Nishit Sinha, Arun Sharma and Sarvesh Kumar Verma. Although I strongly recommend Sarvesh Kumar Guha's book for CAT exam but this book also lacks at explaining quantitative aptitude fundamentals.
