Syndicate Bank PO - Interview Experience

Appeared for interview of Syndicate Manipal PO Document verification was done smoothly and the board was very supportive. Normally interview was longer then IBPS PO.

AGM of regional office +two other Senior officers were there in GD
Interview: GM of Regional Office + Board Chairman+3other

For all the others interview was lasting for 20 min. but mine only for 8-9 min and in between that the Chairman left the room that was really shocking for me.

Interviewer: Rahul you passout in 2012 what did u do?
Rahul: Sir I was working with Arya College as Aptitude trainer.
