IBPS IV Selected Candidates harrased by IBPS and BMB

Published on Sunday, November 08, 2015
Many of you might be eagerly waiting for IBPS PO V Mains result but many candidates who cracked the exam as well interviews and allotted Bhartiya Mahila Bank are getting strange replies from their HR department. These selected candidates are now directionless. No newspaper or blog is following them. Further, IBPS haven't yet declared 2nd list for IBPS PO IV Reserve List candidates. They are more interesting in carry forward the vacancies to IBPS V. These people are now frustrated because IBPS PO has a three phase selection process and difficulty level of exam has increased. Many of PO IV RL candidates failed in PO V preliminary exam but nobody is replying their queries.

IBPS is not RTI act  so we can't expect transparency in their processes. RL candidates formed a WhatsApp group and their goal is get updates regarding RL notification. It seems like their career is dependent upon this notification. IBPS should clear his stand so that these candidates can move on in their careers.

I am sharing an email from one of my readers. I am not sharing his name for the sake of privacy.

Respected sir,
I have been alloted to bharatiya mahila bank following the entire recruitment process conducted by IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) (PO-IV).while all other public sector banks have given joining to the respective candidates alloted by IBPS, BMB is suspensely very silent regarding our joining despite many attempt's to get a convincingly response from them.it is very painful to not get appointment after qualifying entire recruitment process.till date I didn't get any confirmation from BMB nor they clear my status of appointment.I am feeling very depressed by their such action. Being a govt entity I don't expect such harassment from BMB. They are directly saying we cannot give you joining. We sent that much vacancies by mistake. Where should we approach?
Sir kindly do justice to me and prevent any possible injustice. Your early action in this regard will be solicited. Eagerly waiting for your response.
Thank you,

Thanks all the readers and followers for abusing me for my previous post. that was a mistake and I apologize for that but the way you react was unbearable. That the most annoying way to say Good Morning on a weekend.
