Today I am going to explain one of the very important chapter of quantitative aptitude. Alligation method is used to solve complex weighted average problems quickly. 

Lets me explain you with a diagram

In the above example A1 and A2 are two elements. One important point you should note that if A1 and A2 are in kg then Aavg should also be in kg.

In third row we get ratio.
