Job Profile
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India and will be placed as Branch Head after completion of probation.
As this is the only generalist officer post in the notification, the Professional Knowledge paper covers broad banking subjects rather than a narrow specialisation.
Example: An officer with 3 years of experience in a private scheduled bank, including 2 years handling branch operations and advances, is eligible. Three years spent entirely at a corporate office desk would not satisfy the branch banking experience requirement.
