Letter writing

While letter you need to use few words while the letter should fullfill the purpose for which it was sent. For example, suppose you have been selected as a PO in PSU bank. 10 June, 2015 is your last joining date while you need to appear for you MBA exam in June 2015. Now you need to write a letter to bank HR department. What information it should provide :-
  1. Your joining location 
  2. Reporting date
  3. Course name, college name and your roll number for which you are appearing for 
  4. When you can join 
  5. Official date sheet of exam
  6. Copy of your joining letter 

Precis writing

This part is simples of all. Try avoid copy-pase strategy here. You need understand what author of the paragraph is trying to explain. There will be questions like - 
  • What is tone of author
  • What should be the title of the paragraph
  • Write the conslusion in a line
