Mandatory: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with Specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA.

Minimum -03- Years work experience in Credit in any Public / Private / Foreign Banks / NBFC in India

Senior Manager Credit Analyst Scale III

Mandatory: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with Specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Minimum -06- Year Experience in Credit in any Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions in India

Chief Manager Credit Analyst Scale IV

Mandatory: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with Specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Minimum -08- Year Experience in any Bank with at least 5 years of exposure in Credit Appraisal/ Processing in Large/ Mid Corporate Credit in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions

Senior Manager C & IC Relationship Manager Scale III

Mandatory: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with Specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Minimum -06- Year Experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with at least 2 years exposure in Sales /Relationship Management in Corporate Credit

Chief Manager C & IC Relationship Manager Scale IV

Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with Specialization in Finance or equivalent to Finance OR CA / CMA / CS / CFA

Minimum -08- Years of work experience in Public / Private / Foreign Banks/ Financial Institutions with at least 4 years exposure in Sales /Relationship Management in Corporate Credit

 Note: The educational qualifications must be from the college/university recognized by the Government of India/AICTE

Probation Period & Service Bond 

Probation Period:
The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months (-1- year) of active service from the date of his/ her joining the Bank. 

Service Bond
Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond as per Bank policies, requiring a minimum service of 3 years or payment of ₹5 lakhs in case of breach. 
The bond terms (duration/amount) may be revised as per prevailing policies and will be specified in the offer letter. Non-compliance will make the candidate liable to compensate the Bank.

Credit History

  • Candidates must possess a satisfactory credit record with a minimum CIBIL score of 680 at the time of joining, in line with the Bank’s policy. Those with loan or credit defaults, or adverse reports from CIBIL/other rating agencies, will be considered ineligible. The Bank reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage, including post-joining, if the credit profile does not meet its standards.

Selection Procedure

  • Selection may include Online Test, Psychometric Test, GD, and/or Interview.
  • Tests assess personality, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and suitability.
  • Bank can change the selection process/criteria at any stage.
  • Eligibility does not guarantee interview; shortlisting depends on merit and suitability.
  • Candidates must check Bank’s website/email for updates.

Notes:
  • The above Sections / Tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
  • Section/Test 1, 2 & 3 are qualifying in nature and marks secured in these sections will not be reckoned for final result. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks in each of the section would be 40% for General & EWS Category and 35% for Reserved Categories. However, the Bank reserves the right to change the minimum/ waive off qualifying criteria at its sole discretion
  • There will be no negative marking for any of the section of the Online Test for wrong answers. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test or any other test/assessment as part of selection process:

  • GD/PI Call: Based on performance in the online test; Bank decides ratio of candidates.
  • Online Test: Must clear sectional & overall cut-off to qualify for next stage.
  • Tie-Breaker: If marks are same at cut-off, older candidate gets preference.
  • Assessment: Psychometric/GD/PI test personality, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and suitability.
  • Qualifying Marks: 60% (General), 55% (Reserved) in GD/PI (subject to change by Bank).
  • Final Selection: Based on combined scores of Online Test + GD/PI (or other adopted methods).
  • Non-Qualifiers: GD/PI scores of those failing cut-off will not be disclosed.
  • Merit Requirement: Must qualify in all stages and rank high in merit for allotment.
  • Vacancy Condition: Final shortlisting depends on category-wise vacancies.
