Morning sir, i am Tauseef Ansari ,B.tech (CSE) working in TCS as assistant system engineer. Sharing my interview experience , place Ranchi.
I entered the room, wished them all 6 members : 5 Males 1 Female
M1: Introduce yourself?
me : answered.
M2: so you are from TCS so why not you try some IT industry after your bond period is over?
me: explained seemed satisfied.
M2: what have you read for interview?
me: sir banking basics and current affairs.
M2: Ok tell 2 mins on what you have read you are time starts now?
me: explained what is bank and principles of banking (thanks to your notes sir!!! that inter-mediation ,trust ,liquidity,solvency. these only I answered ) then told something about business correspondent.
M2: from where have to done engineering and in what?
me: answered.
M2: what do your father do?
me:answered.
M2 : one last question why today is an important day for Jharkhand?
me: answered as on 22nd largest national flag was hoisted in Ranchi (my interview center), pahari mandir.
Overall it was a good experience and panel was also friendly.... all they need is confidence while you speak and a bit of basics of banking....
