Management Trainee (Banking Operations) (Total No. of posts- 50 ) | Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent
Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in
Graduation. The graduation course should be of a
minimum 3-year full time duration. Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory. Candidates who have appeared/ appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy to be held during November 2024 and are expecting their results in the year 2025 eligible to apply. Membership of ICAI may be submitted on passing of professional examination. |
- Candidates who have appeared in their final qualifying examinations and waiting for the results are eligible to appear for the written examination. However, the offer to join the Bank shall be subject to production of necessary documents evidencing successfully obtaining the requisite qualification by June 01, 2025, or joining date as prescribed by the Bank (whichever is later). The date mentioned on their degree / final marksheet shall be reckoned for arriving at their eligibility within the specified timelines, i.e., June 01, 2025.
- The University / Institute should be recognized / approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. The candidates having completed their post-graduation course through correspondence/part-time are not eligible.

- There will be no sectional cut off but the final list for interviews will be drawn based on the candidate’s performance in the written test.
- Final list shall be drawn based on overall performance of the candidate in Written examination and interviews. The marks obtained in written examination out of [100 with 70% weightage] and Interview [Out of 100 with 30% weightage] shall form the basis for final selection.
