Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.03.2023)
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD) from a University/ Institute recognized by Govt. of India or its Regulatory bodies. Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable.
- A professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
Age Limit
- Officer Scale-II- 25 to 35 years and Officer Scale-III- 25 to 38 years. (Relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government guidelines).
Experience
- Officer Scale-II: Post qualification work experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit-related areas / Branch Head / in Incharge is preferable.
- Officer Scale-III: Post qualification work experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.
- Branch Manager is an incumbent who is responsible for overseeing all functions of branch such as Deposit, Advances, Operations, Monitoring, Inspection, Recovery, etc. Branch Manager has also overseen the performance of employees.
Selection Procedure
- The Candidate Shall be required to appear for online examination to be conducted through recruitment agency. The successful candidates shall be called for interviews in the proportion of 1:4 based on their ranking. The allocation of marks for the online examination and Interview is 150 & 100 which will be converted into 75:25 (Online examination: Interview).
